This brick and plaster ensemble with curved balconies and rounded forms derives its massing, materiality and detailing from London’s prominent Art Deco mansion blocks. Situated in Dusseldorf’s Zoo district, the U-shaped, six-story building is comprised of 46 apartments ranging from studios to five-bedroom family layouts to generous penthouses overlooking the former zoological garden.
